After tasting Sugee Ramen’s Tan Tan soupless ramen @sugeeramen I was craving more of their delectable noodles & I couldn’t resist going back for more 🤤

This time, I opted for their classic Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen 🍜 and it did not disappoint. The rich, fragrant pork bone broth with the perfect shoyu tare was packed with flavor (NB: It was more on the savory side & I personally like it ) and the chashu had a lovely meaty note with good thickness 👍🏻 The ramen noodles maintained their ideal consistency that I crave. It was so satisfying that I decided to go for another bowl and I challenged myself with their big bowl of SUGEE Ramen that I had my eye on my last visit😄

The SUGEE Ramen was a true feast, loaded with tender chashu and an abundance of ramen noodles 😍The special sugee yakitori sauce just added an extra touch of flavor to the already delicious broth 👌🏻

I was skeptical about finishing this huge bowl of SUGEE Ramen, but I’m proud to say I cleaned the bowl with just a bit of help 😜😂.

Both the karaage chicken and gyoza were very nice and the gyoza boasting a crispy exterior and juicy interior 😋

Sugee Ramen at Portside Wharf is truly worth of a slurp-worthy recommendation 👌🏻
