More restaurants are open on Tuesdays than Mondays in Launceston but these days are both quiet here. Luckily we found an economical, authentic and friendly small Nepalese spot.

Our neighboring table told us that the food was like his mother’s dinners in Nepal. A good start.

Rather than more traditional mains, we opted for starters. The helpful Nepalese staff and nearby diners pointed us in the right direction. New dishes and tastes. We ordered :
– Pani Puri
– Chapate
– Samosa Chat

Two beers and $53 later we left happy and satisfied with our good luck.

This place is the place to go for Nepalese living in Northern Tasmania and maybe you too.
