If you don’t know about @muratticakes then I don’t know where you have been hiding. It’s easily my favourite cafe for desserts now. I mean look at the variety and all their cakes look so beautiful. I am obsessed.

The cakes are little bit expensive here but I can see why as a lot of time and attention to detail goes into making it. It’s Italian cafe but with French inspiration as they do croissants and gateuxs.

We ate:

+ Matcha and macadamia gateux (10/10) is with light matcha mousse, lemon Creme, macadamia, chocolate chip brownie base with coral lemon sponge. This was my favourite as you can definitely taste the matcha! It was so decadent with the brownie base and the hint of lemon went so well with the matcha!
+ Berry and Apple (8/10) with raspberry and white chocolate mousse, caramelised apple, calvados, and coconut dacquoise. I couldn’t taste any Berry flavour mostly white chocolate and wanted more Apple so this wasn’t my favourite in terms of flavour but it was still a lovely dessert!

I will come back to try their other cakes, gateuxs, pastries and more! Definitely a must visit in Prospect.
