I finally made my way to this Thai-inspired café that’s been on everyone’s radar since it opened @mitr_dessert_house ! Wow, not only are their desserts Insta-famous 🍞💚 everything I tried was not only visual stunning but also packed with flavour.

I was 💯 indulged in their new dishes:
The Khao Soi Ramen with the tender grilled chicken was a standout 👏🏻 The coconut curry broth was rich, creamy, and full of flavour. The combo of springy ramen & crispy egg noodles was textural heaven 🤤 and that touch of elegant gold sprinkles gave it a luxe finish. The flavour was deep and comforting, with just the right balance of spice. Next, the Prawn Katsu Curry 🍛 crispy golden coating, three huge prawns, tender inside 🍤 The curry sauce was tasty (though I wouldn’t have minded more of it!) and paired perfectly with the rice and fresh cabbage salad.

Two more must-tries are the Tom Yum Black Pasta 🖤 think squid ink spaghetti, pops of orange tobiko, soft-cooked egg yolk & packed with a bold, tangy, umami-rich flavour from the tom yum herbs and king prawns. Also the Charred Pulled Pork Don ♥️ had melt-in-your-mouth pork on rice with spicy mayo, seaweed & tobiko , it was so moreish, every bite was a flavour bomb!

I couldn’t leave without their iconic dessert Matcha Bricks 🙌🏻💚 it lived up to the hype 👌🏻 beautiful presentation and delicious to the last bite. I was a bit sad the Pink Lake Potato Mochi and Mango Coconut Panna Cotta were sold out, but the Thick Toast with Salted Egg Sauce more than made up for it.
For drinks my fave was the refreshing & zesty Iced Yuzu Coffee Soda 😌

Def will be back to try what I missed.
