This is a unique hotpot x dim sum experience like no other.

My thoughts:

+ You can choose whether you want individual hotpot where you can have the hotpot train experience or to share a big hotpot without the hotpot train. Either way, it is cool.
+ We opted for the big hotpot as we wanted the Emperor Set. It’s worth it getting the set menu, especially if you are with a big group of people.
+ The creamy Tom yum was only a little bit spicy compared to the mala broth.
+ We also ordered dim sum where we had the stuffed squid with chilli lime sauce, scallop with chilli lime sauce and the siu mei dumplings.
+ Ingredients we chose for the hotpot was the Yo’s Signature trio, duck blood, and the Beauty and the Beef.
+ We were so spoilt here. The Emperor Set comes with the seafood, veg and meat tower. It also comes with noodles and the milk tea panna cotta so we got the mango ice cream with sticky rice and meow panna cotta.
+ It was confusing at first but food came out quickly once ordered and I thought the ingredients were nice quality.
+ Out of the desserts, I preferred the mango ice cream as it was rich and creamy full of mango flavour and it was unique with the sticky rice.
+ Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back again to try the hotpot train as we didn’t get to this time round.
