Imagine this – you take yourself on a solo date, maybe shopping along King William Road, maybe climbing at @treeclimb.adelaide … maybe just a casual stroll through our beautiful parklands – next minute, hunger strikes. Where are there not 1 but 2 awesome casual eateries where you can just chill in the Sunday sun in the peace and quiet, or enjoy a chapter of your favourite book?

I have 2 highly recommended options, within walking distance of one another…

@thepotatoproject.au caters for all tastes and allergies and diets – vegans, coeliacs and everyone in between (yes, even the carnivores). I indulged in a Sunday Roast and boy was it close to the real thing! Mama’s bolognaise is also highly recommended (had to sneak a photo when I saw it).

If you would prefer your potato in chip form rather than baked, then pay your visit to @fishoutofwaterhydepark for scrumptious take away fare – everyone is also catered for here, including if you want a cheeky tipple! Sit pack and play a board game, read or enjoy the sun! The choice is yours!

I went home with a happy tummy!
