Happened to walk past this cute place while I was on my way elsewhere, but stopped in.

There are cakes, pastries and a variety of sandwiches on offer, service was friendly and considerate and the decor was charming, if not a little Parisian. I only had a coffee though.

HOT TIP:
Sit downstairs. There are no speakers here so you are sheltered from the music. The speakers face outside into Gawler place to draw people in, but it was a bit loud on the ground floor. Downstairs was fine but if it was busy, I think it would be moderate there too.
