If you haven’t yet visited Pick a Cake @pickacakebrisbane you’re missing out on one of Brisbane’s tastiest dessert ! 🤩 Just last week, I tried their new menu item, Mango Sticky Rice 🥭 🌴 it was an absolute revelation. This delightful dish – not just about presentation or another sweet treat, it’s a harmonious blend of flavors that truly deserves a spot on your must-try list 😋

It was loaded with plenty of fresh mango, each bite bursted with tropical sweetness. The sticky rice was beautifully infused with Pandan coconut flavor, creating a rich and aromatic base that elevates the entire experience. That special young coconut sauce just added an irresistible creaminess blended perfectly with the delicious coconut ice cream 🍨 The texture of the crumble made from roasted peanuts 🥜 and coconut 🥥 came together harmoniously added just the right amount of crunch to balance out the creaminess and sweetness to create a 10/10 dessert 🙌🏻❤️

If you’re looking for the perfect pairing, enjoy it alongside one of their fragrant teas ( I have forgotten what I’ve picked 😅 and it was nice & soothing ) 🫖

The hype is worth it!
The cakes are unique and incredibly delicious!

Noise wise moderate due to acoustics and popularity, but worth it
