Nice pub with well spaced tables for easy conversation. We sit by the window at a table for 2, possibly noisier in the middle of the dining room.

We took a trip to Old Noarlunga to test out there 7kw EV charger (Chargefox). This is another smart hotel who recognises that making EV charging easy (during a meal) is a way to increase patronage.

Inside was a bit noisy due to a fairly full large dining room with a mostly retired crowd. Consequently, as it was a lovely spring day, we sat out front with only a handful of other diners. The road through ON is quiet.

Lunch took 10-15 minutes longer than expected to arrive but that was okay as we had drinks and the weather was good.

Meals were from the “Plant-based Menu” and teh normal more extensive menu.
Nice to see seperate menus for meat lovers and those who prefer vegetarian / vegan.

– R O A S T W I N T E R V E G E TA B L E S tasty but pricey at $30.

In summary, indoors may be often too loud for the hearing challenged but outdoors (on a nice day) could be just what the doctor ordered. Perhaps not a ‘bargain’ venue but they have special prices for one dish on most days of the week.
