🚗 Car parking available in adjacent Central Market. Street parking in Grote St & Morphett St also available

🦻 Lively for lunch. Avoid sitting right at the back next to the dish collection point as the scraping of the plates etc was quite jarring

🌶️ If you can handle a little chilli heat you’ve come to the right kitchen. So popular that at peak times eg Fri nights there is a waiting list taken and queues at the door. BUT if you stand a little noise check out O Town at lunchtime when it’s still popular but not out of control crazy busy because the food is definitely worth it. Malaysian/Indonesian food at it’s finest. My Nasi Lemak was so delicious with crunchy peanuts and fried anchovies on the side the ultimate garnish. The tangy sambal had the right amount of chilli bite that left a pleasant hum on your tongue. I found myself with a bursting stomach but just couldn’t stop putting more in my mouth. The accompanying Roti was light and flaky and I loved it (being a massive bread fan anyway)

🥤O Town offer a range of scrumptious smoothies and I couldn’t resist Mango & Lychee as my drink of choice on this occasion

💲You might find cheaper meals in the Market Plaza food court or the Chinatown Food Court but the quality is far superior at O Town. I’m not an expert – I have been to Malaysia a few times & I would call the dish I had an authentic dish not toned down for the average Aussie palate
