This is the second time I have dined here, the food and service were so good I came back with my Mum for a special treat. Now, I’m already planning my third visit because this place has truly won me over!

From the moment we stepped through the door, everything about Noosa Waterfront impressed us. The food, the service, the attention to detail – it was all perfect. Without a doubt, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The ambience was delightful, the service impeccable, and the food truly outstanding. The white tablecloth service and excellent selection of wines added an extra touch of elegance to the experience. The management clearly knows how to create an extraordinary dining experience.

One of the things that set Noosa Waterfront apart is its commitment to using local produce. Not only does this ensure freshness, but it also supports the local producers, and let’s face it, the Sunshine Coast has some of the finest producers in the world. The result is a menu that bursts with flavour and quality.

We ate:

Risotto; Acquerello carnaroli rice parmigiana style, slight pan-fried local whiting, black truffle

Spaghetti; Mancini spaghetti, western Australia lobster, grilled cherry tomatoes, preserved lemon in bisque

And let’s not forget the panna de casa, which was the perfect accompaniment to mop up every last bit of sauce. I would have loved to try their desserts, but the generous portions of pasta and bread left me too satisfied to indulge further.

The service:
Exactly what you would expect from a fine dining establishment. The staff were attentive, ensuring our water and wine glasses were never empty. They handled their duties swiftly and discreetly, like a phantom, making sure we never felt thirsty or neglected.

The Ambience:
On my previous visit, a busy Saturday night, the restaurant was fully booked. Despite the crowd, the background noise level remained pleasantly low, with just a soft murmur of other diners blending in with the lovely dinner music. On this occasion, a quieter Wednesday night, it was quieter, so Mum and I could quite easily converse without any disturbance. The tables were thoughtfully spaced, ensuring that neighbouring conversations did not interfere with our own.

The lighting was dim, creating a cozy atmosphere without compromising visibility. It struck the perfect balance between setting the mood and allowing for easy conversation if you needed to speech read.

EAR BUD Q TIP
I had the opportunity to speak with Dario, the owner, who shared a helpful tip. For those who are sound-sensitive, Noosa Waterfront has a lovely quiet corner. This area is furnished with soft materials for added comfort and lacks overhead speakers, providing a tranquil dining experience.

If noise is a concern, it’s advisable to avoid Friday and Saturday dinners, as well as Sunday lunch. Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sunday evenings are the quietest dining times.

In conclusion, my visit to Noosa Waterfront was truly memorable. From the exquisite food to the friendly and attentive service, as well as the pleasant ambience, it’s a place that I highly recommend to any food enthusiast seeking a delightful dining experience. Noosa Waterfront has earned its place as one of my favourite restaurants, and I eagerly look forward to my next visit.

6pm on a Saturday night and no issues hearing across the table.

Allesio looked after me and the food was divine.

Attention to detail with every aspect on my plate – everything was divine.
