Mummy’s cafe is what I’d say most family friendly place I can think of – playground, bike path, gated play area (which is a dream when your toddler wants to crawl around)

Inside and outside areas to sit so sitting outside on the opposite side to the park wouldn’t be too bad, but definitely lots of other families and children.
