New lunch menu is now launched at Lunar Landing with their menu consisting of soft and buttery brioche sandos.

We got to taste most of their menu but my favourite was their beef lasagne yummy, truffle sheffle melt, kfc chicken, ebi-cdefg, and garlic toast.

The tiramisu-miss you cake will get your party started, and so glad they have bingsus now. It is perfect for this summer weather. Their milo lover is definitely a chocolate bomb.

The brioche sandos are only available from 10 am – 5 pm but it’s a must try!

Thank you @dining.with.the.devil for the extended invite and to @lunarlandingau for your lovely hospitality 🫶

Next to Seven Grounds is a new dessert cafe called @lunarlandingau. I decided to drop by after lunch. It was worth the drive!

It’s best to park on East St and it’s quite lively in there with the music but it’s not too loud that we can’t have a conversation. The staff are so friendly here. The kitchen takes over the cafe so the cafe is quite small and narrow but they have an outdoor seating area. It’s best to come earlier so you get a full display of all their cakes as they do run out quickly. I got their last pear just after 2 pm and they had run out of the full moon cakes by then.

Their coffee tart (8/10) was not too strong of coffee. You can taste the chocolate sponge with the hazelnut praline and the coffee was mostly in the cream. The pear (9/10) had juniper berry with a pear mousse. It does look like a pear! 🍐The coating was a chocolate so it was bit hard to cut but once you cut through it the mousse was so light and refreshing with the pear.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. I need to go back to try their full moon as it is their signature cake! It was refreshing to have the Lychee Thai iced tea as a cleanser. Overall, I am glad I dropped by and I can’t wait to come back again. I am glad we have a new dessert cafe like this in Adelaide as it is much needed.

    Cafe rating: 9 out of 10 ✨✨✨✨
