After a busy morning, I stopped in for a quick bite and coffee. It was ambient while I was there but I suspect it may get lively if it was quite busy though.

I had: my usual cup of chino with a Portuguese tart – yummo
Service: happy and friendly
Ambience: quiet while I was there

Pros:
Sparkling and still water on tap, help yourself
Award winning barista coffee
Meeting spaces for hire (see below)
Cup of kindness initiative (see below)

Weds and thurs lunch times are their busiest, but other times are ambient.

The best spot for serenity seekers is along the wall in the soft seating. This shields you from the traffic noise if the doors are open, but it is directly opposite the coffee machine so there will be intermittent peaks if the machine is kranking.

Looking for an intermittent or permanent office or meeting space? Look no further!
“in. Workspace is a boutique office space with 10 flexible desks, 4 private offices plus breakout areas serviced by a fully equipped kitchen, air con/ heating, toilets, meeting rooms for 1-2 people up to 8 people, essential business centre and high speed internet. All complimented by the Ground Floor Studio for board meetings, presentations or functions. The selection of private offices are perfect for 2-4 people up to 10 people and have gorgeous timber framed glass sliding panels that retain the natural light throughout.

Small meeting rooms start from at $30 a day, but the more days you need it = the less the price becomes.
Or a permanent desk / private office from $380 / $1,200 a month.
There is also the Studio space which is available for hire as well.
