Wow the food and service is amazing here, with friendly and supportive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The food quality was outstanding, with a variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients. The free fruits provided were fresh and sweet, a delightful touch to the meal. Overall, I highly recommend Glen Waverley Haidilao Hotpot for its fantastic service and delectable food.

They not only focus on delicious hotpot and fresh ingredients, but also stand out in entertainment, catering to all ages! There’s just so much to offer here, food, entertainment and loads of freebies. Free popcorn, chips, lollies, coffee, toys, soup mix for home. Every hour or so you can watch the face-changing actor walk around and display their magic. There’s also a kids playroom and free nail service.

STAFF HOT TIP
This place is very popular. They do have booths but they are open booths. If you are noise sensitive they suggest lunch mid week because weekends are busy busy busy. If you have an early lunch they can stagger the tables to minimise noise, but as it is open place with exciting vibes, the noise can carry.
