Foodies in Adelaide, I have found an exciting new dining destination! Fitoor – Fusion Kitchen + Bar has now opened its doors and is bringing a fresh fusion of authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist 😍

Located on the prime Magill Road in Kensington Park, @fitoorfusionkitchen is the passion project of Chef Maheep Singh, who has honed his culinary skills around the world before returning to open his first ever restaurant.

Their are creative menu items like:
– Vada doi
– Cucumber and beetroot raita
– Activated charcoal black samosas
– Trio of mushroom, beetroot and kidney beans

Beyond the inventive food, Fitoor also offer a comprehensive dining experience with a team of skilled bartenders, mixologists and baristas crafting creative beverages to complement the meal. We drank: Espresso martini, Mirchi Masala and Mumbai Margherita 🍸🍹

And the best part? It’s open from breakfast through to dinner, so you can get your Indian fusion fix morning, noon or night.

With its modern, rustic aesthetic, Fitoor is a standout addition to Adelaide’s culinary landscape.
