What can I say about Bangkok Snap? Love the interior! It’s very #instaworthy and it takes you back to Thailand. The dishes are a hit and miss though.

The food was not that bad but the dishes we thought were misses just lacked flavour. My least favourite dish was the green curry with chicken as the curry was plain and very watery. It didn’t have that nice thick and creamy texture. The chicken used was not good quality meat either. Pineapple fried rice was another disappointment as there was hardly any pineapple flavour. It needed more punch. How cute is the presentation though?

The staff forgot to put the flame under the hotpot so it wasn’t boiling properly. Flavour was full of Tom Yum flavour though. The rest of the dishes were pretty nice.

The highlight was the Pad Thai Soft Shell Crab! 👌 And the Massam Beef Curry was nice and tender just pulls apart! Loved the flavour in the red curry and not too oily. The meats had lovely marinades in them and we all thought the desserts were a hit! It only opened two weeks ago so food and service could definitely be improved.

Will I come back again? Maybe for their desserts and Pad Thai Soft Shell Crab! I am still dreaming about that Pad Thai! 🤤 Pad Thai was so silky not dry and generous amounts of crab. Loved it!
