I often a bargain tofu Banh Mi when passing BaMi on Beach Rd. It is situated close to other shops I visit, so is convenient for take-away or sit-in. BaMi is not up market in any respect, but do a good job with good value, tasty Vietnamese food for lunches. The opens until 8-30pm for quieter evening trade.

My guess is that dine-in business is possibly a third of takeaway business. If you sit-in, you can expect low noise unless sitting near a radio. Nothing fancy, but fast, tasty Asian grub.

A limited range of three or four dishes are on the menu, each with meat options and veggie.
