On my lunch walk I discovered this lovely, clean café in the heart of the CBD.

Pros
– Warm reception from staff, happy smiles and they seriously seem to make the coffee with love.
– The Persian foods are hearty and home cooked. Perfectly balanced and good portion sizes.
– In a side street so traffic noise is mild.
– Really nice coffee
– Lots of options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free
– Access friendly access

Cons
– Open plan, modern layout (tiled and minimalist furniture), so may get lively if full.

EAR BUD Q TIP
I was there in the middle of lunch hour, café was about ½ full, and it wasn’t too loud.
