Aqua Blue is a lovely spot, just note in summer when it’s always fully booked on a Saturday night it can get a bit livelier. Despite the buzz, I could still hear my boys over the table—definitely a win for a busy venue!

We ate:
🍽️ Goolwa Pipis & Mussels – A beautifully balanced dish with fresh seafood, marinated tomato, sugo, and a white wine & chilli rose reduction. The grilled bread was perfect for soaking up every last drop.

🥩 250gm Marble Score +2 Scotch Fillet – Cooked exactly to order, this local steak came with crispy smashed potatoes, seasoned greens, and a rich jus. The dill, lemon & garlic butter added a great touch.

🍯 Honeycomb Panna Cotta – A silky, creamy delight with local honey, vanilla bean, and fresh strawberries. Light but indulgent!

🦑 Calamari – Mr. Teen kept it simple, and sometimes simple is best. No complaints from him!

The food was fantastic, we enjoyed entree, main and dessert and they were all faultless.
