It was our first visit to this recently renovated restaurant. The large dining room was well stocked with 12 craft beers on tap, reasonable wine list and a varied pub menu. There is a good veggie selection.

Pleasant staff and loads of open space . A bit too many bare walls and windows for my sensitive ears.

My veggie schnitzel with Kilpatrick sauce was tasty. Some much for no meat as I forgot that Kilpatrick had diced ham!

We stayed 4 hours over a long chatty lunch.

Background music was a little
High for my sensitive ears. No one else seemed to care though.

Another late dinner… but a great little find!

I highly rate the @aldinga_hotel for a cozy comfort feed. The daily curry was fresh and full of flavour without unnecessary heat.

Warm interior helps to dampen someone the noise, and it’s a Friday night so it’s lively as to be expected – but the noise level is comfortable enough to maintain a conversation (or just soak in the atmosphere like I am!).

The bartender was happy to offer a taste of the sour beer I was considering pairing with my curry. Everyone I encountered was only happy to help – nothing was too much trouble!

I did not feel out of place here on my own 🙂
