When Amanda McInerney, armed with a Masters of Gastronomy from Lambs Ears and Honey says ‘the Pad Thai is brilliant’, you know it will be’. I went to check it out for myself.

Todays conquest, @Aharn Thai at Parkside.

I ate this! Just look at this beautiful egg net draped over a delicious mound of Pad Thai 🤩

As for the Ambience:
It was peaceful and quiet when I went. The carpeted dining rooms with well-spaced tables make for a cozy atmosphere, but keep in mind that one large group could potentially ruin the mood in these rooms.

Pro tip from the staff: For easy conversation, avoid Fri and Sat nights. Lunch every day is perfect for easy conversation, and dinner on Weds and Thurs is your best bet.

There is outside seating but Duthy street is quite busy so would not recommend.

A long-standing Parkside favourite that has had a few ownership changes, but is still keeping local happy.
The dining spaces are comfortable and quiet, making any conversation very easy.
And the Pad Thai is brilliant.
