+ My first thought is that they have improved since I last been here, which was when they first opened.
+ I am not usually a fan of oysters but I loved their oyster with yuzu hot sauce, black tobiko. The sauce just hides the slimy texture of the oyster so well and the oyster was so plump.
+ The wagyu tartare with onion soy, tuna mayo, aonori and nori rice crackers. I love a good beef tartare so this was a must try!
+ Another must try is their sichuan spiced wagyu oyster blade. The Wagyu oyster blade was so juicy and tender with a hint of zing in the marinade. One of our favourite dishes but it’s $10 each!
+ Typhoon shelter prawns and mussels with black ramen, and spicy prawn bisque. We wanted more prawn bisque! 😋
+ The star of the show and what we came here for was to try their brunch menu, which included the curried chicken katsu sando and the char su fried rice. I really enjoyed both of them!
+ To top it off was their deep fried coconut ice cream with miso salted caramel candied peanut and sesame. If you are a candied peanut and sesame lover then you will like this dessert!
+ And how could I not try their matcha sour? 👌
+ Staff are so lovely and welcoming here. It makes a difference when running a restaurant. Will definitely come back again!

Just had to try the steak special @koyo.adl! Each Wednesday they have their 29.00 steak & chip special, omg it’s such great value! A massive perfectly cooked steak, crispy pile of fries & 2 amazing sauces! What more could you want 😁

We enjoyed lunch here on a very quiet Saturday afternoon, so the ambience we enjoyed may not be truly indicative, but it’s a big space that seemed pleasant.
The service was very good, with the waitress well and truly informed about all the dishes, and the food is great.
A moderately priced “Asian-fusion” restaurant some of the dishes were excellent, like the salmon sashimi with ponzu vinaigrette and the delicious gyoza. I was a bit sceptical about the cumin lamb with a buttermilk dressing, but was quickly won over, and the milk bread with Korean garlic butter is seriously not to be missed.
