Indoors is quite small and initially it was really quiet but got progressively louder. Kitchen is open to the dining area so things like sorting cutlery were loud, but music was soft. Could try outside for quieter experience.

I am a regular here, I always note on my booking that I am hard of hearing and they always go out of their way to accommodate us.
Last night was no different and the food as usual exceptional as usual.

We never bother reading the menu, the Chefs banquet is extremely well priced, and we have never had the same dish twice.
When a Chef prides himself on the ability to fusion flavors, then why try and tell them how the journey should begin and end?

Starters: Beef Jerky with blackberry jam and quinoa.
I would never order this and loved the flavor combinations

The salads / sides never cease to amaze me with the combination of freshness textures and the variety of flavors all in one mouthful.

While the stars of the dish truly are just that, the stars, it is the overall combination and rightfully called fusion of flavors that always brings us back to Honeysuckle.
