About

Attimi restaurant is an intimate 28-seater venue located in Paddington on Given Terrace. Showcasing artwork by owner Dario Manca himself, it boasts a modern European-inspired look with vibrant decorative touches designed to capture a memorable moment in time.

Attimi has come to life under the guidance of head chef and owner Dario who oversees each dining experience. His offering emulates modern Italian fine food and service, bringing a European Michelin-style dining experience to Queensland.

The offering centres around a choice of two set menus – a shorter eight-course and a longer twelve-course. Both incorporate snacks alongside more substantial plates, and provide a contemporary culinary tour through the beautiful Italian regions. An additional A la Carte menu will operate at dinnertime from Tuesdays to Thursdays as well as on Friday and Saturday lunchtimes.

We’re soon to be establishing a footpath dining area that will not have the same degree of noise echo as inside (on a busy service)

    Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of indulging in the 8 course Italian degustation “A quick Italian tour” at Attimi by Dario Manca @attimi.brisbane 🤩 with the best company at the newly awarded 2 chef hats fine dining restaurant in Paddington, Brisbane. I could taste the passion and meticulous craftsmanship that Chef Dario and his team poured into every dish 🙌🏻♥️

    Each course was an artistic masterpiece, with stunning presentation, refined flavors, and perfect textures. I genuinely could not fault a single dish! Every bite transported me to a different region of Italy, making this experience a true culinary journey.

    My favorite dishes of the night were:
    🍞 Sardegna: Rosemary Carasau w/smoked stracciatella, anchovies, pickled tomatoes. Hands down for these amazing crispy flatbread stick – so simple yet incredibly addictive! We all loved it !
    🥧 Toscana: Cecina round waffles, yolk, smoked labneh, prosciutto Galloni 24 mths, oscietra caviar A beautiful layering of flavors, rich yet perfectly balanced.
    🥖 Liguria: Homemade sourdough focaccia, mussels-infused cultured butter.I have high expectations for Dario’s sourdough & he has completely exceeded them. Soft yet airy with the perfect chew, and that mussel-infused butter🤤Absolutely next level-insanely good! 👏🏻
    🍝 Lazio: Tagliolini arrabbiata, nduja & oregano, SA mussels, buffalo blue cheese cream, chili oil, homemade breadcrumbs. The handmade pasta was exceptional, with a kick of heat and depth of flavor. Just amazing !
    🥩 Umbria: White Pyrenees lamb backstrap cap on, parsnip cream, black garlic, egg & pecorino foam. I’m a big fan of White Pyrenees lamb, and Dario executed it to perfection. Succulent, melt-in your mouth, and beautifully complemented by the condiments. Truly Michelin-worthy! (My food reel says it all!)

    I highly recommend @attimi.brisbane .Every dish tells a story, and every bite is a moment to savor.I’m already planning my return for the 12 course menu, because why not travel through food twice? ✈️🍷
