Ivy Brook Farm is nestled in the picturesque Maslin group of wineries, South of Adelaide adjacent McLaren Vale.

The ambience is quiet country with an under cover rustic barn open on one side with outdoor tables and umbrellas scattered around a lush, level lawn and extended open areas and views. It’s beautiful.

The family owned and managed property since 1940’s now open for weekend lunches and as a cellar doors & occasional music venue serves rustic platters you can make choose yourself from a good selection and delicious pizzas to follow with their own grown wine selection.

We sat inside, designed our platter of cheese, olives, relish, crackers, pate. All four of us happy sipping a crisp light Rose. Plenty of pizza choices and a bottle of great red wine for our main. Simple rustic fare, gentle breezes, easy listening and conversation.

Tables are a good distance apart. Once a month local musicians come to play.

If you’re looking for a great place to sit and talk with ease, feel the country vibe and relax eating delicious food and wine, you’d be hard pressed to find more genuine charming hosts or a great time.
