I finally ticked this gem off my bucket list and it absolutely worth a try! @eightounce_cafe 😍 Eight Ounce Cafe is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds 😋 Everything we had was not only scrumptious but also Instagram-worthy, making it a perfect spot for food lovers and social media enthusiasts alike 👌🏻

Among the highlights of my visit were the Yuzu Blossom & Pistachio Matcha drinks 💚🍵 Both were absolutely awesome—smooth in texture and packed with a strong matcha flavor 👍🏻 But if I had to pick a standout dish from my experience, it would undoubtedly be the Ebi Katsu Sando 🍤🥪 This mouthwatering creation featured a thick house-made prawn patty that boasted the perfect bouncy texture and umami flavor. Paired with creamy egg mayo, tangy cornichons, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and wholegrain mustard, this sandwich was simply divine!
