I med Jed the owner at the Gin Festival last year. We loved his quince gin! I knew it was at Kent Town so I was glad I found this place again. Hidden in Little Rundle St, away from the main roads.

It has a relaxing atmosphere and great gin (note: no food). You can kick back by the fireplace, have a chat with the owners, or watch them make the next batch in the still.

Summary:
The venue is spacious, relaxed, and has some amazing choice for gin-based cocktails. Perfect for small parties or just to wind down after work.

Staff Tips:
Weekends they mainly do private events, so call if you want to visit then, they may be closed for a function.

Thurs nights best bet for a quiet drink, Sunday arvos also chilled vibes.

Other times can be hit and miss with no consistent patterns

Jed did say, Fri nights 5-7 = lively with the after work crowd
