Great pub food. Large portions, yummy and good value. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The dining room had carpet, padded chairs, well spaced tables and the music was at a soft volume.

Although we ate in the dining room there were other areas to drink / dine that were also ambient.
The beer garden had soft music, and if weather wasn’t great there is an undercover area too.
There was also a private dining room at the rear.

The food is better priced and tastier than the Crown down the road, and it is less busy and noisy too ☺
