@ela_hotelalba has arrived and she’s gorgeous and serving up delicious Mediterranean inspired food.

Located inside the @hotelalbaadelaide with pool views, great bar and relaxing vibes.

Trying more of their dinner menu this time and it didn’t disappoint. From the very fresh oysters, melt in your mouth lamb shank to divine desserts it will leave you satisfied.

I stopped in for coffee while on my lunch break, but I was impressed with the acoustics here.

Soft furnishings, well spaced tables, soft music playing.

The restaurant was only 1/2 full while I was here, but I didn’t see anyone straining to hear or leaning in to hear the conversation, that’s a good sign as it is normally very obvious. They have nailed the ambience in that the volume of the soft music doesn’t make people feel the need to raise their voice, or talk over the next table.

LOVED:
– outside by the pool. Great spot to have a drink in the sun, no music playing here.
– private nook set apart from the restaurant. Perfect spot for a business meeting or private chat if you don’t want to dine in the main restaurant.
– meeting room adjacent the restaurant.
– this can also be a private dining room for functions.
– plenty of private corners aside from the one mentioned above.
– great coffee
– friendly happy service and they were happy to talk to me about the Ambient Menu and their quiet time, a good sign they are eager to make this an accommodating space.

What a relaxing staycation we had before we start our journey as parents. The experience did take me back slightly of my life living in Greece. The pool was fresh, mock-tail refreshing and the dip chunky. Between 4pm-6pm when you buy an alcoholic beverage you receive a free snack, we loved their arancini balls. We weren’t overly impressed with breakfast but we loved sitting outside overlooking the pool to eat it. Reasonably priced rooms and an overall awesome experience.
