ellow Matter Brewing is a pretty cool space in Brooklyn Park. Bonus for those who like plane watching. Yes, it’s a brewery but they offer more than just beers. There are cocktails and non-alcoholic tinnies too.

We came here for the pizza and of course for @mister_foodie to try some beers. Our order?

🔸️ Pepperoni – san marzano base, olives, hotpeppers, fior di latte
🔸️Broccoli – caramelised onion, fior di latte, Danish blue vein, lemon

While Pepperoni is probably the expected winner the Broccoli was our favourite! It’s not the floret broccoli, more like broccoli rabe. But the flavours just work really well, there was enough blue cheese to actually taste it (a lot of places cop out) and lemon just adds that freshness. This one was a surprise.

This is a great space with ample indoor and outdoor seating, airy with low to mid noise levels. Good for groups too!

Yellow Matter microbrewery. The hip, new, trendy bar in town. @yellowmatterbeer promises to deliver a stylish place to hang out with your crew. The perfect spot for any event with a cool voguish space.
Kindly greeted at the door upon entering we were shown to a table. You can expect prompt table service and on the menu you will find a good range of not only their beers, but a good range of wines, spirits and nonalcoholic options.
Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the food menu but the pizzas I saw coming out looked amazingly delicious.
The venue is open from 10am to 6pm making it the perfect spot to chill, indoors is spacious and comfortable with retro style furnishings and you can hang outside with heaters to keep you warm. Also inside, you’ll be able to challenge your mates with a friendly game of pool.
