A Delightful Oasis for Coffee and Catch-ups

Nestled within the Hub collective, The Shady Bean is a hidden gem that offers a wonderful experience for those seeking a cozy cafe atmosphere.

They offer various dining spaces suitable for both intimate catch-ups and larger gatherings. Whether you’re meeting friends, having a work business breakfast or lunch, or simply looking for a cozy spot to chat, you’ll find plenty of seating options available.

Out the front, you’ll find plenty of room to sit and bathe in the sunshine, out the back another seating area where a group of ladies in their activewear, activewear can often be seen enjoying a post-gym chat. As a fan of the post gym coffee catch up in my activewear, activewear myself, I must say it’s a scene I can truly appreciate.

FOOD:
The coffee is amazing, served with a smile, reasonably priced, generous in portion size, and delicious. The menu offers simple yet satisfying dishes, with the option to add extras or choose from the tempting sweets display and grab-and-go prepared sandwiches.

SERVICE:
The service at The Shady Bean is friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by the surrounding greenery and garden spaces. The staff members are attentive, allowing ample time for each customer and always serving with a smile.

ACCESSIBILITY:
One of the standout features of this establishment is its accessibility, with flat access and toilets designed to accommodate everyone. Although it’s worth noting that the presence of gravel underfoot may pose a slight trip hazard for walkers and such.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
Kid-friendliness is also a priority, as evidenced by the adorable little tea set area where children can imitate their parents as they sip on their babycino.

The owners of the cafe are incredibly friendly, and their commitment to providing faultless service is evident. Personally, I love sitting in the shady green courtyard, sipping on a cup of chino, served in classic crockery, while having easy conversation.

EAR BUD Q TIP
As you enter, you’ll find the front area basking in glorious sunshine, providing a pleasant setting for your visit. While there is some road noise, it remains minimal, allowing for relaxed conversations. If you prefer a quieter environment, venture to the back of the café.

Today we visited @shadybeancafe, and my-golly we will be back!

Food was delicious, super-duper priced, and coffee was amazing! The outside dining is super boho and cosy, filled with greenery!
