Had a group of 10 on the open decking. Nil external noises to contend with – traffic, music, loud groups. Was comfortable conversation. Food and service of high standard. Wine was great. I still haven’t dined inside to test that, but gives me an excuse to return.

A Last minute thought to try this new place opposite the Christmas Tree Farm – or on the way to Clarendon.

Friendly staff. Nice variety of wines.

We sat outside on the balcony. Inside may be noisier due to a lack of soft furnishings. The music volume was fine.

We had a platter but other light snacks also.

Can book for just drinks or a tasting at your table. One room had a nice fire going.
